Akinator (Iklis)

Think of any character — real, fictional, anyone — and Iklis will try to guess who it is using yes-or-no questions. It also learns from every game it loses.

Starting a game

slash command
/iklis

Think of a character, then answer each question with one of five buttons:

  • Yes
  • Probably
  • Don't Know
  • Probably Not
  • No

Iklis narrows down its guess after every answer using how much each response actually rules candidates in or out — not a fixed question order, so no two games ask questions in quite the same sequence.

When it guesses

Once it's confident enough, Iklis locks in a guess and asks whether it got it right:

Yes, correct!

It got it

Game ends, win recorded.

No, wrong!

It missed

You can tell it who you were actually thinking of — that's how it learns new characters.

It actually learns

Every wrong guess is a chance to teach it something new. Submit the real answer and Iklis adds it to its own character database for next time. A background crawler also runs every 30 minutes, researching existing characters to sharpen its future questions.

Checking the database

slash command
/iklis_stats

A private snapshot of the character database: total characters known, how many are fully trained, total games played, overall win rate, and the five most recently learned characters.

Tip

Trying to stump it? Obscure or very recently created characters are your best bet — the more niche the character, the more likely it hasn't crossed paths with Iklis yet.
